Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test
JNTU, Hyderabad will organize a common entrance test known as TS EAMCET 2019 (Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test). It is an entry test at a state level organized for admission to the various UG courses. Telangana EAMCET will be organized through the online mode. Admissions will be offered to BE, B.Tech, B.Tech (Engineering Engineering), B.Tech. (BioTechnology), B.Tech (FT), B.Tech (Diary Technology), B.Sc. (CA & BM) (MPC), B.Pharm. Courses (MPC) and Pharm-D (MPC).
Application fee:
The registration fee will be Rs. 500 / - for general and Rs. 250 / - for SC & ST candidates.
Payment can be made through online mode.
Candidates can also pay the fee by visiting the TS online center.
General eligibility:
Candidates must be citizens of India or holders of a PIO / OCI card.
Candidates must belong to Telangana / Andhra Pradesh and must comply with local / non-local state requirements.
Age limit:
For pharmacy and engineering courses, the minimum age limit is 16 years from the date of initiation of admission.
For other courses, the minimum age limit is 17 years as of December 31 of the year of admission and the maximum age limit is 22 years (25 years for SC / ST).
Qualification eligibility:
For Engineering, B.Tech (DT, AG & FT): Candidates must have passed or appear in the 12th grade, diploma in engineering or equivalent exam with PCM subjects.
For B.Pharmacy: Must have passed or appeared on the 10 + 2 exam or equivalent with PCB subjects who obtained 45% (40% points for the reserved categories).
Result TS EAMCET 2019
Upon completion of the exams, the results of TS EAMCET 2019 will be provided to students through the online mode. It will be announced in the fourth week of May 2019.
Candidates can verify their result by entering the registration number, the ticket number for the qualification exam and the date of birth.
A list of merits will be prepared according to the grades obtained in the entrance exam and the qualification exam. A weight of 75% will be given to the grades obtained in the entrance exam and a weight of 25% will be assigned to the grades obtained in the subjects of physics, chemistry and biology / mathematics of the qualification exam.
TS EAMCET 2019 Counseling
The counseling process will be organized through the online mode. The advice of TS EAMCET 2019 will be organized separately for the MPC and BiPC transmissions.
The counseling process consists of three main steps, that is, the verification of the certificate, the filling of options and the allocation of seats. Candidates must bring their original documents and their photocopies for verification.
Once a seat is assigned, candidates must download the assignment letter through the website. After that, candidates must inform the assigned university according to the calendar and instructions provided in the assignment letter.
